    • Product received in damaged condition during transit.
    • Do not match with the product ordered.
    • Products cancelled by customer before receipt of email of confirmation of order.
  • One has to request of return email with the reason of return of product and the image within 24 hours of delivery and order no. by writing us at customercare@zigmamasala.com.
  • Once the return is received by ZIGMA, we will examine & check the reason of the complaint & on acceptance will refund you the value of the product by a/c payee only within 15 days.
